Your product will be collected by the courier. The pickup has been scheduled to the address provided in the complaint report. Please prepare the package for shipment. We have sent the shipping label to your email, which should be printed and attached to the package. The pickup date for the package has been provided in the email. If you wish to change the pickup address or if the courier did not arrive for pickup at the previously arranged time, please contact our consultant.

Your product has safely arrived at our service center. The complaint handling process is still ongoing. We will keep you informed about the progress of your complaint via email.

6. „Oczekujemy na odpowiedź Klienta”(We are waiting for the customer's response)
We are waiting for a message from you, containing the completed documentation or your decision regarding the proposal we have provided. The inquiry has been sent to the email address you provided in the complaint report. Please check your email - the subject of the message includes your complaint number.
7. „Odpowiedź serwisu”(The service's response)
Regarding the reported complaint, we have made certain decisions that will be officially communicated to you via email. This may signify the conclusion of the complaint or the initiation of further steps to resolve the issue. Please patiently await our message. We are doing everything in our power to handle your complaint as quickly as possible.

A waybill has been created for the package to be delivered to you. We have sent the details via email.

The complaint handling process has been completed. We are currently preparing the return shipment for you, which may take up to 24 hours. The initial status updates on the carrier's website will appear once the package leaves our warehouse. Details have been sent to you via email.

The package prepared for you is waiting in our warehouse for the carrier's pickup. The pickup is scheduled for the next business day. You can track the status of the package on the carrier's website.

Your complaint has been resolved by us. You have been informed about the details via email. The email contains the complaint decision along with the most important information regarding the conclusion of your report.

During the summer period, complaints related to pools, pumps, and pool accessories are our priority. Shipping of a new product or parts is currently not possible due to a temporary stock shortage. We are currently waiting for a delivery. Once we receive the required product, the shipment will be prepared. Thank you for your patience.
